An ethical and committed approach to cybersecurity
As a cybersecurity expert, Adacis places responsibility at the heart of its identity. We guide our clients in protecting their information systems, taking full account of the social, environmental and ethical dimensions of digital technology. Our responsible commitment is built around two distinct and complementary approaches:
- A comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach, structured around the LUCIE Progress - Conseil TPE framework
- An operational responsible digital approach, directly rooted in our professional practices and our business, recognised by the Responsible Digital label – level 1.
These two certifications reflect our commitment to responsible business relationships and align with the principles of the RFAR Charter (Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing), which we apply across all of our professional relationships.

Lucie Progress Label
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consists of systematically taking social, environmental and ethical concerns into account across all of an organisation's operations.
Adacis has chosen to structure this approach by obtaining the LUCIE Progress label, a French excellence framework for CSR aligned with the principles of the ISO 26000 standard. This framework provides us with a structure to:
- Consolidate and formalise our commitments across our entire organisation
- Regularly measure and evaluate our practices and our level of progress
- Embed our initiatives in a dynamic of continuous improvement
Adacis' CSR policy is not limited to the digital domain: it encompasses our governance, the quality of our social relations, our internal operating methods and our overall societal footprint.
Responsible Digital Level 1
Responsible digital practice is a concrete implementation of our CSR policy, specifically focused on the uses and effects of digital technology. Its aim is to reduce the environmental and societal impact of technology without compromising its performance or security.
This approach is recognised by the Responsible Digital – level 1 label.
At Adacis, this translates in particular into:
- The use of refurbished IT equipment wherever possible
- The organisation of a collection and recycling system for equipment at the end of its life cycle
- Regular awareness-raising among employees on digital eco-friendly practices
- Active participation in professional networks working towards more sustainable digital practices
These measures are part of an evolving approach, marked by an ongoing commitment to improving and formalising our practices.
Responsible Digital Certificate

RFAR
At Adacis, we apply the principles of the RFAR Charter (Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing) by embedding our digital responsibility and cybersecurity commitments in all of our professional relationships.
Commitments in the service of trust
By combining a certified CSR approach with concrete actions in responsible digital practice, Adacis affirms a sustainable vision of cybersecurity.
Choosing Adacis means choosing a committed cyber partner that places responsibility, security and trust at the heart of its expertise.
Governance and management
It is committed through a Letter of Commitment to Digital Responsibility and Cybersecurity from which the commitments can be drawn, a works council (CSE) that organises team-building activities, the modernisation and improvement of premises for employee wellbeing, and flexible remote-working arrangements.
Organisation and working environment
The company guarantees access to remote working, monitors the distribution of staff and salaries to ensure fairness, and maintains an up-to-date single occupational risk assessment document (DUERP) to identify and prevent occupational risks. A right-to-disconnect charter guarantees employees respect for their rest and leave time, as well as their private and family life. The size of our company allows us to remain available to discuss any question, difficulty or need for support, and this accessibility of management helps prevent psychosocial risks.
Adacis pays particular attention to the wellbeing of its employees, promoting their quality of life at work, adapted workspaces, the expansion of premises to create a much more welcoming meeting space, an outdoor green area to relax, and the organisation of team-building events such as sports activities or afterworks.
Awareness-raising and training
Employees take part in awareness sessions on responsible digital practice, professional ethics, and the fight against harassment, sexism and discrimination. These sessions take the form of webinars or take place during quarterly meetings. This helps reinforce awareness of these topics.
Employees benefit from: first-aid training (PSC1), participation in participatory workshops such as the Biodiversity Fresk, which link environmental commitment with collective work, and mandatory MOOCs such as those from ANSSI and the CNIL.
Employee management
Each position is formalised through a job description that is regularly updated, work-study students and interns are monitored through a tracking system, a system for tracking all training courses and webinars is in place for each employee. Additionally, at the start of each year, every employee is asked to express their training needs and aspirations. Cohesion is also strengthened through sporting and recreational events.
Communication
The company distributes a newsletter on company life and CSR, and provides a welcome kit to new employees to facilitate their onboarding and awareness of best practices.
CSR actions are highlighted on LinkedIn, with local stakeholders and in Open Source projects, in order to strengthen the visibility of responsible practices and involve external partners.
Stakeholder relations
At the end of every engagement, we ask our clients to complete a quality questionnaire in order to improve and maintain our commitment to quality.
The company aims to offer eco-responsible recommendations as part of its services.
We raise our clients' awareness of taking a secure approach to protecting their data and social media accounts. Cybersecurity helps ensure data protection and guarantee the confidentiality of exchanges.
We also encourage our clients to think about the role of the DPO, particularly regarding the management of personal data. We are committed to raising our clients' awareness of the importance of cybersecurity in protecting data. Data minimisation reduces the environmental impact of digital technology.
