Workplace flexibility
Employees can choose to split their time between our 2 offices in Bordeaux and Cenon. These offices are open flexibly every day of the week between 7:30am and 7pm.
Flexible hours allow every employee to organize their schedule around their own constraints. Remote work is authorized for all permanent (CDI) employees, and this right is governed by a remote work charter.
A comfortable living environment
At Adacis, we focus on our employees' well-being by fostering a pleasant living environment.
In the morning, the Cenon offices are easily accessible by car, two minutes from the ring road, by bike with dedicated storage, and by tram (line A). The Bordeaux offices are 5 minutes from tram lines B or C, and there is also bike storage there.
Since the Cenon offices are located in a residential neighborhood, it is particularly quiet, and working outdoors is encouraged. Dogs are also welcome and can walk around the garden.
Fully equipped kitchens are available at lunchtime, and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away.
Lunchtimes are often synonymous with sport, with running, swimming or even climbing outings.
We take part in numerous sporting events, festivals, and more.
