Cybersecurity governance and strategy
We provide cybersecurity support to our clients as soon as we have the necessary expertise. We offer some off-the-shelf services.
To do so, the workload and profiles must be validated.
Technical security services
Mentoring and technical assistance
Mentoring and technical assistance are forms of support that work closely alongside technical teams. Every employee at our company is required to complete training on various technical topics and carry out technology watch. These activities are then shared with all employees through technical demonstrations or knowledge-sharing meetings, or support during skills development.
For knowledge transfer, we systematically produce installation manuals detailing the entire process along with the associated technical aspects. Services can include quick-reference sheets covering specific parts of installing or administering the solutions implemented, to guide technical teams in their tasks.
Post-installation training sessions can also be set up to ensure knowledge transfer on a particular technology.
Security gap audit service
Gap analysis is a process implemented to understand the maturity of your information system. It will determine the level of risk and propose an improvement plan. We use workshops 1 and 5 of the Ebios Risk Manager methodology to carry out this security gap audit service.
As part of the request, we will use the framework proposed by CANUT.
The unit of work will be structured around the following phases:
ㅤ• Analysis of the current state.
ㅤ• Identification of vulnerabilities in current systems and tools.
ㅤ• Identification of gaps against hygiene rules.
ㅤ• Definition of the action plan on organizational and technical axes.
Cyber crisis exercise services
You call on ADACIS to organize a crisis management exercise tailored to your organization. A questionnaire assesses your maturity level in order to propose a beginner, intermediate or advanced scenario. Each level offers an increasing degree of complexity, ranging from discovery to a critical situation involving legal, technical and media stakes. The exercises include complete kits with documentation for participants, communications, and the facilitator. The scenarios, based on resources from ANS, ANSSI, or developed by ADACIS, can target governance or technical aspects, and are integrated into the OpenBAS – Crisis Platform. The mobilized team is adjusted to the size of the organization, with at least one facilitator, one observer and one manager for preparation.
Shared CISO service
The CISO must be a specialist. They need to acquire organizational and information systems architecture skills, business knowledge, and change management expertise. The nature of risks has fundamentally changed. It is linked to the increased complexity of information systems, openness to networks, and the number of complementary areas that must be addressed (legal aspects, internal and external communication). As part of its activities, the client requires the involvement of a CISO to ensure smooth operations.
