Mud, sweat and team spirit: the Adacis team tackled the Ruée des Fadas
For 8 kilometers, the Adacis team traded computers for sneakers to take part in the Ruée des Fadas. An obstacle race as physical as it is festive, where every slip strengthens team spirit, and every laugh gives extra momentum.
A race like no other
Running, crawling, climbing, sliding… and above all laughing: the Ruée des Fadas gave us a course full of obstacles, but also full of laughter. In a natural setting turned into a muddy adventure ground, our team pushed itself physically while keeping a smile on its face.
Goal: clear every obstacle. Result: unrecognizable clothes, some sore muscles, and a huge boost of collective energy.
Team spirit as the driving force
This kind of sporting event quickly puts collective values to the test. And we saw it:
• The group is a real strength when you need to climb, carry, or cheer each other on.
• Mutual support saves time, boosts motivation and sometimes even balance.
• There's no shame in looking silly, especially when you all dive into the mud together.
Team cohesion can't be forced, it's lived. And in this challenge, everyone found their place, naturally alternating between effort and support.
A one-of-a-kind experience
Beyond the sporting side, this day will be remembered as a highlight of the year. A break from routine, where letting go helped forge lasting bonds.
Congratulations to the whole team for their energy, good humor and ability to turn every obstacle into a burst of laughter. Even the shoes will remember it.
