Adacis attended the Résolution 2026 trade show in Bordeaux to meet exhibitors and discover the many initiatives dedicated to quality of life at work, prevention and organizational resilience.

When people talk about CSR, it is sometimes about environmental or societal issues. Yet the discussions we had clearly brought out another topic: today, employee well-being has become a decisive lever for building stronger, more attractive and more sustainable organizations.

Inspiring initiatives

This visit allowed us to discover concrete approaches to preventing discrimination and addiction, balancing professional and personal life, designing workplaces, as well as initiatives that foster team cohesion.

Beyond the solutions and schemes on offer, it was above all the discussions held with each exhibitor that caught our attention and reinforced the sense of joining forces. Everyone shared their experience, their outlook and their good practices in light of a shared ambition: to durably improve working conditions.

Perspectives for the future

This trade show made it possible to build valuable connections, put the practices of different stakeholders into perspective, and observe genuine, tangible progress in the initiatives carried out with employees and in addressing today's challenges, in which everyone — director, manager and others — is involved.
