For companies that are VICTIMS OF CYBERATTACKS, turning to an ExpertCyber-labeled professional is a mark of quality, and they can expect from the company:
• a level of expertise and skill in digital security;
• quality advice to prevent further malicious cyber acts and secure their IT systems.

The label was developed by Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, in partnership with the sector's main professional unions (Fédération EBEN, Cinov Numérique, Syntec Numérique), the French Federation of Insurance Companies, and with the support of AFNOR.
This label covers three areas:
• Professional information systems (servers, email, office software…);
• Telephony (professional telephone servers);
• Websites (administration and protection).
An ExpertCyber-labeled company offers installation, maintenance and support services for one or more of the areas listed above.

To obtain the label, companies specializing in digital security must:
• Submit an application;
• Pass a technical skills test;
• Provide administrative documents reviewed by auditors from an external body.
This ExpertCyber label is intended to showcase digital security professionals who have demonstrated a level of technical expertise and transparency in supporting and assisting their clients.
